I am Suman Kanti Das. Since 2017, I am working as a Production Manager at one of the prime concern of Zaman Group – Zaman Manufacturing Co. Limited’s Fan Factory situated in Sripur, Gazipur, Bangladesh.

By means of working at the Fan Factory of Zaman Group, I am able to improve my own work skills and management abilities. One of the key factor behind this is latest and technically advanced machinery that I am able to operate and manage while working at this modern factory. Large scale factory, environmentally friendly machinery, and other managerial benefits makes my work at Zaman Group very fruitful. I am very happy that I am working here.

Before working here, I had the opportunity to work in various other factories. However, only after working in this factory, I got the hands on experience of managing production using high-tech machinery imported from Taiwan. I was at first quite shocked to see how quickly and efficiently a factory can product a ceiling fan. Today, I really feel proud of myself for being able to work here and I always boast about our factory when I talk with my friends. I dream of seeing myself in a very respectful place in the society, and I believe Zaman Group is key to my dream. I personally want my company to achieve the highest feat in export of ceiling fans, made in Bangladesh.
