Assalamu Alaikum, I am Morium Akhtar and I am a proud garments worker. Currently, I am working at Zaman Group’s garments unit Zaman Fashionwears Limited at its factory in Gazipur, Bangladesh as a Quality Inspector.

After learning from a co-worker than the newly established Zaman Fashionwear is hiring quality people, I expressed a keen interest to join this company. From my own experience, I believe that for a garments worker, specially a female worker, it is essential to ensure friendly working conditions, safety and assistance which fortunately I have received here since day one. In this unit of Zaman Group, everyone in top management is very supportive towards me.

At Zaman Group, I have seen how seriously they maintain management responsibilities in terms of paying wages on time, giving adequate bonus on time and other necessary facilities.
